Although we don’t think you will ever want a refund, we gladly refund your purchase if it’s requested within 30 days of purchase.

Do I need to renew my license?

Your license includes 12 months of updates and support. After 12 months, the license can be renewed for another year with a discount of 30%.

How can I upgrade my license?

Yes, you can easily upgrade your license from your account page.

What counts as an install?

Any time you activate the plugin license on a site with a new URL, that counts as an install.

We support the current major release and one past major release of the following browsers: Internet Explorer/Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.

Do I get plugin updates ?

Yes. Automatic updates are available free of charge to all users with a valid license key.

What is covered under plugin support?

Our support team can assist with installing and setting up our plugins, any problems using plugin features or functionality, and bug fixes. Regretfully we cannot provide support for plugin code modifications and third party plugins. Please note that we are also unable to act as consultants for general WordPress questions or how to approach or architect your project.
